Consolidated balances are kept for summary level accounting units. The
purpose of this file is for reporting summary balances.

Element: Level Depth The variable levels depth number
pertaining to this record.
ADO-COMPANY Numeric 4
Element: Company The Average Daily Balance Company
established in AD10. The company must
exist in General Ledger.

Element: Year This is the current fiscal year.
ADO-ACCOUNT Numeric 6
Element: Account This field along with the accounting
unit and subaccount make up the location
(account) where amounts and other
account information is stored.
ADO-SUB-ACCOUNT Numeric 4
Element: Sub Acct This field contains the subaccount from
your general ledger chart of accounts
that was charged with the amount carried
on this record.

Element: Var Levels A level that represents the location of

Element: Chart Name This is the name you assigned to the
