GMAUDIT FILE
The GM audit file tracks when labor distribution record status changes occur
and when labor distribution records are deleted. During Salary Encumbrance
Processing (GM110), users can opt to process encumbrances only for those
employees for whom labor distribution records were changed or deleted during a
specified date range.
