Invoice Type
This file stores the different invoice types set up by users. Every order or
invoice processed in the system require an invoice type. These can be placed
onto the order types as a default.

company if the resource type = E. It is
blank for type A, P or Q resources.

Element: Invc Type A user-defined code identifying a
specific type of invoice that users want
to define. For instance, CRED may define
a credit memo invoice when used in the
system.

Element: All Flag Flag indicating whether or not this
invoice type is a credit invoice.

Element: All Flag Flag indicating whether this invoice
type will allow returns to stock. Used
with credit type invoices.
