Requisition Approval Codes
This file defines an approval process. These codes are assigned to
requesters to identify the approval hierarchy for all requisitions entered by
that requester.

Element: Company Identifies the AP company if the
resource type = V. Identifies the HR
company if the resource type = E. It is
blank for type A, P or Q resources.

Element: Approve Cd This is a user-defined code to identify
the approval process (levels) that a
requisition has to pass before it can be
picked or purchased.

Element: Description This is the description of the approval
code.
RAC-SKIP-LVLS-FL Alpha 1 RQ02.1
Element: All Flag This flag indicates whether a higher
level approver can approve a requisition
before a lower level approver has
approved the requisition.
Select No if all the levels must
approve the requisition in order.
Select Yes if upper approval levels can
approve the requisition without passing
through each prior approval level.

Element: All Flag This flag indicates whether the
requisition assigned to this approval
code requisitions using this approval
code are to be printed in RQ111 (Print
Requisitions). When the requisition is
entered, this flag defaults onto the
requisition. The system determines this
by the requester creating the
requisition. Every requester is required
to have an approval code assigned to it.
Defaults to No.

RAC-AUTH-ID Alpha 10 Occurs 6 Times RQ02.1
Element: Auth Id This is the authorization identifier
for the approver to access the
requisitions requiring approval at this
level. The approver uses this ID to
access the requisition information in
RQ12.1 (Approval Review).
RAC-AUTH-NAME Alpha 30 Occurs 6 Times RQ02.1
Element: Authority This is the header field for the
approver names defined for requisition
approval levels.
RAC-AUTH-LIMIT Numeric 9 Occurs 6 Times RQ02.1
Element: Auth Limit This is the header field for the
authorization limit fields defined for
requisition approval levels.
