LO13.1 - Bookmark Group
**Form Purpose
To define a bookmarks access to a single People Group
1. From the Actions or toolbar menu, choose from the following actions:
Add
Change
Delete
Previous
Inquire
Next
2. In the Group field, type or select the name of the group.
3. In the Bookmark field, type or select the name of a bookmark.
4. Select Allow (A) or Deny (D).
5. Choose Enter.
To assign several groups of bookmarks, use Bookmark Group (LO13.2). To create
groups and assign bookmarks at the same time, use Bookmark Groups (LO13.3).

LO13.2 - Bookmark Groups
**Form Purpose
To define a bookmarks access to several People Groups
1. From the Actions or toolbar menu, select Inquire.
2. When many bookmarks are defined you must inquire to a section of the list
of people groups. In the Position To field, type or select the groups that you
want to define. Click Select.
3. In the Function Code (FC) field type or select:.
(A) Add
(C) Change
(D) Delete
4. In the Group field, type or select the name of the group.
5. In the bookmarks field, type or select the name of a bookmark.
6. Select Allow (A) or Deny (D).
7. Choose Enter.
To assign a single bookmark to a group, use Bookmark Group (LO13.1). To
create groups and assign bookmarks at the same time, use Bookmark Groups
(LO13.3).

**Form Purpose
To assign several bookmarks to a People Group
1. From the Actions or toolbar menu, select Add, Change, Delete, Previous,
Inquire, or Next.
2. In the Group field, type or select the name of the people group that you
want to define. Click Select.
3. Type a description of the group.
4. In the Status field, type or select Active (1) or Inactive (2). Click
Select.
5. If the list of bookmarks is long, select the area of the bookmarks that
you want to assign. In the Position To: field, type or select a bookmarks
sequential number.
6. In the Function Code (FC) field type or select:.
(A) Add
(C) Change
(D) Delete
7. In the bookmarks field, type or select the name of a bookmark.
8. Select Allow (A) or Deny (D).
9. Choose Enter.
To assign a single bookmark to a group, use Bookmark Group (LO13.1). To
assign several groups of bookmarks, use Bookmark Group (LO13.2).
