LX00.1 - Attributes

**Form Purpose
The Attributes (LX00.1) form is used to define Attributes.

1. Enter the name of the Attribute and a description for it.

2. Type a Column Heading.

3. Select Y=Yes or N=No for Has Validation field.

4. Select a data type: Alpha, Numeric, Date, or Signed Numeric.

5. Enter the field size.

6. With an Attribute selected, in the Function Code (FC) field select Add,
Change, or Delete.
Under the Attribute Type field, select Primary (Primary Information) or
Userenv (User Environment).

To define Attribute Type, in Attribute Type field, press Define (F6) and the
Attribute Types (LX80.1)appears.

To define an Id Type, in the Id Type field, press Define (F6) and the Id Type
(RD20.4) appears.

7. Specify whether this Attribute is required or not.

8. Choose Add, Change, or Delete.

LX00.2 - Associate Attribute to Id Types

**Form Purpose
The Associate Attribute to Id Types(LX00.2) associates Attributes to user IDs.

1. In the Position To: field, select an Attribute Type.

2. Type or select a function code (FC) A=Add, C=Change, or D=Delete.

3. Select the Attribute Type. Select Primary (Primary Infomation) or Userenv
(User Ebnvironment).

4. Select an Id Type.

5. Type a default value.

6. In the Required field, type or select Y=Yes or N=No.

6. Choose OK.
