LX90.2 - Additional Attributes
**Form Purpose
To List Attributes- Enter or select the name of an Attribute and choose
Inquire.
You will see all users and the values for that one Attribute.

- Enter values for multiple employees and then perform a Change function to
store the data.
To define an Attribute
1. Enter the name of the Attribute and a description for it.
2. Type a Column Heading.
3. Select Yes or No for Has Validation field.
4. Select a data type: Alpha, Numeric, Date, or Signed Numeric.
5. Enter the field size.
6. With an Attribute selected, in the Function Code (FC) field select Add,
Change, or Delete.
7. Under the Attribute Type field, select Primary (Primary Information) or
Userenv (User Environment). - or - To define Attribute Type, in
Attribute Type field, press Define (F6) and the Attribute Types
(LX80.1)appears. To define an Id Type, in the Id Type field, press Define
(F6) and the Id Type (RD20.4) appears.
8. Specify whether this Attribute is required or not.
9. Choose Add, Change, or Delete.
