RD55.1 - People Groups

**Form Purpose
Using People Groups (RD55.1), you can define groups and add web users to them.

To assign web users to People Groups
1. From the Actions or pull-down menu, select Inquire, Add, or Change.

2. Select one of the Position To options:

People Groups

People Groups by Role

People Groups by Login Type

People Groups with IDs

3. Select the Function Code (FC):

Add (A)

Change (C)

Delete (D)

4. Select the Group field by highlighting one of the following:

People Groups

People Groups by Role

People Groups by Login Type

People Groups with ID

5. Type a description in the Description field, to add or edit a current
description.

6. Select Status, select or type
