WF12.1 - User Profile Definition
Use WF12.1 (User Profile Definition) to define the user profile of Enterprise
Workflow users.
This form has two form tabs: Profile and Domain. The Profile tab specifies
the user's E- mail and home page URL addresses. The Domain tab specifies the
user's work group and work area.
There are three buttons you can use to access more user setup forms. The
Relations button will open WF12.2 (User Object Relations Definition). The
Roles button will open WF12.3 (User Role Definition). The Categories button
will open WF12.4 (User Category Definition).
Updated Files
WFUSERCAT - The Workflow User Category file is updated when a user profile
includes category information. A record is
created for each category assigned to the user.
WFUSERTASK -
WFUSRPROFL - The Workflow User Profile file is updated when a user is added
to the Workflow Management system. The
user profile includes the company and employee numbers and a
valid E-mail address for the user. The
profile also includes fields specific to FileNet PANAGON
Visual WorkFlo 3.0.
WFUSRXREF - The Workflow User Cross Reference file is updated when a user
profile is associated with one or more
business objects (such as Buyer, Employee). A record is
created for each object assigned to the user.

WF12.2 - User Object Relations Definition
Use WF12.2 (User Object Relations Definition) to assign objects to users.
Objects are used to link users defined in other Lawson applications to
Enterprise Workflow services.
Services that use the Mail Agent to deliver E-mail need the object's key
field values defined in both the
initiating application and WF12.2 (User Object Relations Definition). For
each object assigned to a user,
define the key field values. Objects are defined on WF04.1 (Object
Definition).

WFUSRXREF - The Workflow User Cross Reference file is updated when a user
profile is associated with one or more
business objects (such as Buyer, Employee). A record is
created for each object assigned to the user.

WFOBJECT - The Workflow Object file is updated when an object is defined.
This form also defines the file and key
fields used by the object. When a file is associated with the
object, the key fields must be specified in the
same order as in the file index definition.
WFUSRPROFL - The Workflow Object file is reference to confirm that the
object is defined in the Workflow Management
system. Objects are defined on WF04.1 (Object Definition).
WF12.3 - User Task Definition
Use WF12.3 (User Role Definition) to assign one or more roles to a user.
Roles are similar to the position
that the user has in the company; for example, Manager or Technical Approval.
Roles are defined on
WF08.1 (Role Definition).

WF12.4 - User Category Definition
Use WF12.4 (User Category Definition) to assign categories to a user. This
data can be used to limit the
work arriving in the user's Inbasket to just those work units that the user
is required to complete.

Use WF12.5 to add work categories to multiple WOMA users. To remove category
