WF25.1 - Work Unit Metrics
Use WF25.1 (Work Unit Tasks) to view and revise the steps in the procedure
followed by the work unit.
This form displays the object, service, and procedure assigned to the work
unit. It also displays the
individual tasks, the date and time when they started and completed, and the
role and user responsible for
completing the task.
Updated Files
WFMETRICS -
WFMSGDTL - The Workflow Message Detail file is updated when a message is
added to the work unit. One or more
message detail records are combined with a message header
record to create a single message.
WFMSGHDR - The Workflow Message Header file is updated when a message is
added to the work unit. One header
record is combined with one or more message detail record to
create a single message.
WFWORKUNIT - The Workflow Work Unit file is updated each time status or
data change for the work unit.
