group. Per detail line ID and List are
mutually exclusive.

Active or Inactive.
A = Active
I = Inactive
LGR-NOTIFY Numeric 1 BS40.1
Element: Notify Sets the notification level for all
recipients listed on that detail line.
1 = Generally not notified
2 = Generally notified
3 = Always notified
4 = Never notified
LGR-DELIVERY Alpha 1 BS40.1
Element: Delivery Sets the method of delivery (e-mail or
attachment) for all recipients on this
detail line. This is only active if
"Notify" was used on this detail line.
A = Attachment to Email
