How can fields, such as Req Location be set so that when a user clicks Shopping, this field and perhaps the accounting unit/sub account and account fields get auto populated?

Hi Bev,
When we set up a person for Requisition Center we use RQ04 - Requesters to set their default Requesting Location on the main tab and then the accounting units that they can order for on the Accounting tab. I believe in RQ01 - Requesting Location, you specify the issue account. That should default the accounting unit to the line item. The account/sub account is based on the G/L Category that is assigned to it on IC12.

Same here - it should default from the RQ04 for that user
