RQC shopping page

    I have a user that all of the sudden is having issues with RQC, she cannot load the RQC shopping page. She tried successfully from another user's PC and I tried login from her PC and I couldn't even click on RQC. We are on IE11 and Lawson portal 9.0.

      You might try clearing out her cookies and temp files.

        Delete the RQC cookies, as well as the xml file for this user:
        1. Navigate to the RQC_work directory (this is defined in your rqc_config.xml file in LAWDIR/system).
        2. Remove all *.xml files for a "problem" user.
        3. CD to the cookies sub-directory and again remove all files for this user.
        4. Then run an IOSCacheRefresh in the browser.
        5. Have the user delete/remove all Browsing History: Temp files and Cookies in Tools>Internet Options>Browsing History>Delete button. If the user has Fiddler installed on their desktop, use the "Clear Cache" button. IE9-11 cookies are stored differently than previous versions of IE so if you have Fiddler installed on your PC, open it up, then click on the "Clear Cache" icon at the top to correctly/completely delete all IE Temp Files and browsing history
        6. Have the user log off of their PC and Re-Start it and then attempt to launch RQC Shopping again.
