Hi Randika,
The Agent is the link between the Employee and Actor records. An Agent record associates a prodline HROrganization and EmployeeID to an Actor record, and it is prodline specific.
Once you have the Employee and Actor records created:
use the Data Menu to go to the prodline>>person>>Agent business class
Attach the Employee to the Actor
find the Employee record by filtering on the Name column using *{empnumber} (i.e. *1234567). It will return something like "{HROrg}, {EmployeeID}" - in our case "JRS, 10040732" is my Employee Agent.
right click and select "Link to Actor". You will then get a dialog to select the Actor to associate with that Agent.
Attach the Candidate to the Actor (if you have Talent Acquisition)
find the Canidate record by filtering on the Name column using *{candidatenumber} (i.e. *98765432). It will return something like "{HROrg}, {EmployeeID}" - in our case "JRS, 57690" is my Candidate Agent.
right click and select "Link to Actor". You will then get a dialog to select the Actor to associate with that Agent.
To remove an existing Agent relationship:
Find the record
right-click and "Unlink Agent" to do only that agent record
OR right-click and "Unlink from Actor" to remove all Agents for that Actor.
I hope this is helpful.

Do you have access to the KB on Infor Xtreme support?
If so, look at KB 1195256
Here's a quick version from it:
Description:
How do I link an Actor record to their Employee Agent record in Lawson Talent Management?
Resolution:
You will need to have access to the Data Menu to perform this linkage process.
Log into the Landmark Smart Office Rich Client (canvas) and go to Data Menu > LTM Data Area (ex. Prodhcm) > Person > Business Classes > Agent
A list of all Employee, Candidate and Recruiter Agents will be display
Locate your Resource by Filtering on the Name column
The Name column is sorted by Organization and Resource identification number
Once you locate the Employee Agent for your Resource, highlight their detail and perform the Action 'Link To Actor'
Enter the Actor and click the OK button to save
