I keep getting an IRS rejected error of MANIFEST-025, that is "Manifest 'ChecksumAugmentationNum' must match the IRS-calculated 'ChecksumAugmentationNum' value of the transmission", even though I have already replaced a new set of checksum numbers on the manifest file. Any help would be appreciated?

Yes, the issue was resolved. I did not generate a correct CheckSumAugmentationNum to replace the old one after updating the byte size number. Now I use this website http://onlinemd5.com/ to generate the CheckSumAugmentationNum (Browse to your xml file and the file checksum will automatically generate).
