    Is there a way to clean up retroactive history that appears on pa113 ? Before we didn't knew that flagging down the retroactive history option could actually not create any history. We are now using the flag down option but for initial years there are certain employees with about 300 pages of history and its hard to look into the required info.

    So how can we clean that up?

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Holliey,

    I am trying to deal with this situation myself. Did you make any progress? At the moment, our HR00 Default correction method is "Move to History Error". Are you using a different option? Thanks!

    When I run the PA113 at my current job, I choose option to delete the records. So any record in error are deleted. At my previous job I used the option to send to history error. The transactions look like they are still there when you drill around on HR11 but if you view the action there will be no details.

    If you don't want those records there anymore, then I would tell the PR113 to delete.
