We are working on a 2 way interface between lawson and maximo work order system. Part of the workflow is staff will reserve materials on a work order in maximo. Maximo item master and inventory balances are syncronized with Lawson. When someone reserves materials in Maximo, I want the interface to reserve the materials in Lawson. What is the best method to reserve the materials in Lawson? I need a pick ticket as a result. I was thing RQ10 as that is the method that people get materials now using RSS. Is there something in IC that I can use? IC500? Any help is appreciated. Jim Ollerton

After lots of research. I am going to use Processflow Intergrator and pump the records from maximo directly into RQ10. I am using the new eclipse version which makes it easier to deal with external sql server tables. The maximo data is in interface tables.

You could use IC500. Or RQ500... depending on your setup/layout. We are using both here.

IC52x will provide an Item Master interface... We're using a customized IC527 for that here.
