Responsible to analyze complex information needs for various Human Resources functions. Independently plans and leads multiple, cross-departmental projects concurrently through implementation adapting, maintaining and implementing key system processes within the HR function. Serve as a liaison between other HR areas and HRIS for receiving requests, proposing the prioritization of requests, and coordinating the resolution of requests.
Bachelors Degree plus 5 years experience in Human Resources, Payroll or Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience with the Lawson ERP system required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Report writing training and the ability to analyze and interpret system data relationships required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Word required.
Proficiency in Ad Hoc Report Writing, web editing, project management, data analysis, process mapping, process planning and redesign, meeting facilitation and major systems implementation experience required.
Infor HCM Version 10 or 11; Advanced SQL; SQL Developer; Infor Business Intelligence (BI) or other BI experience.
