I need help. I have never used Crystal before and I need to create service awards report.
We currently have one in place, but the last time I ran it, it gave me incorrect data. So...I thought I would create one myself...I don't know how. I have managed to learn the basics but nothing else afterwards.Service awards are for the 1st quarter of 2010 for service years as follows: 5 years, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 years of service.
How do I go about doing this? I have been reading, but most of this is above me since this is the first time working with Crystal and no training was provided.

I have been working with crystal for couple of years now...but im not sure anything about Lawson database. If you can provide me the tables and fields details i might be able to help you with crystal formulas or so..
