I need to setup SSO for an LBI 9.0.4.1 install with LSF 9.0.1.5. I see that now we have to create a direct IOS service to do this. The documents state that the Websphere service needs to run as a named user. Has anyone done this before? I have 3 total service one for the Node Agent one for the Cell manager and one for the application server. Do I need to set this account for all 3? When I try this the services start and then stop. I am running Websphere 7.0.0.9.

      John,

Are there arent hints in the WAS start log files as to why its stopping? Initial thought would be your named user doesnt have sufficient privileged. Not sure I follow on the "create a direct IOS service" . Can you elaborate on where you are creating this service (Lawson Server, LBI server, Framework Services, ect).

      Thanks,
      Matt
