There are a number of reports published on LBI that have indiviual user-ids attached to the report when the report is published on reporting services.We are on version 9.0.3.1.Some of these users have left the organization and we have setup synchronization to be done every morning with the option of Remove Expired Users and Roles checked.
What I am finding out is that this removes the users and roles for each report on the dashboard link but not when the report is originally published on reporting services.
Has anybody come across this? How are you handling this since we have almost more than 300-400 reports published over a period of time and it is difficult to keep track of all the reports that have indiviual ids attached at the time we had not defined roles.

We have very strong auditing policies and we users that leave the organization are removed from lawson at the end of each day. I have synchronization for this reasons et to everyday and not periodically.
However I am not finding out that the expired users are getting removed at the report level security on LBI. it may just be a bug.
Out of curiousity which version of LBI are you on?
This is recognized as a bug for users who have left the organization and after syncing the users we still see the user-ids both on fs and rs.
