All,
We went to LBI 10.2 , RAS - 11.
When we try to publish a report , we are getting message published successfully, But when we Run the report , we are getting the following error:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
|
|
"com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKServerException: The system cannot find the path specified. ---- Error code:-2147467259 [CRSDK00000000] Error code name:failed"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

|
Secondly Under Data settings we are not getting usual options, we are seeing the attached screens. We have already done the below settings.
Checked default RAS in System Settings, it's set to default IP 127.0.0.1
- Report directory is set to *
- Repository path exists - Blank
Any help is appreciated.
Thnx,
Vijay

Usually when you have unusual options under data settings, it's telling you that there is a problem communicating with the RAS server. By your 127.0.0.1 IP address, can I assume correctly that you are running RAS oin the same server as LBI?
Try blanking out the 127.0.0.1. Also, make sure that you've installed LBI upgrade correctly, as you've upgraded RAS, there will likely be a different directory that you need to point to when installing the ReportingServices component of LBI.
