Lawson MSCM database unavailable error

    Has anybody encountered a problem with the MSCM database being unavailable? We usually stop MSCM at about 2:00am for backups and then run a script to start MSCM at 6:00am. I put a ticket with Lawson but they don't seem to find the root cause of the problem. I looked in the server log and here is the error:
