Smart office URL link to S3 form

    I am trying to put a URL link to a smart office S3 screen and feed it the data to open the form and load it with the data.

    There is a bogus form that display and then the GL41 but it does not populate the and inquire on the record I trying to load.  Does anyone know how to create a URL to for S3 and inquire on a record.

    I am building the URL in IPA and send it to the users to verify it is correct.
