                     identifying a general ledger account,
                     for posting to the General Ledger
                     system.

GL Code Description  This is the description of the GL code.

AGC-COMPANY          Numeric 4                                   AC04.1
Company              Required. This is the responsible
                     company for the activity and GL code.

AGC-ACCT-UNIT        Alpha 15                                    AC04.1
Accounting Unit      Required. This is the accounting unit
                     identified by the GL code. The
                     accounting unit must have been defined
                     already in the General Ledger system.

AGC-ACCOUNT          Numeric 6                                   AC04.1
Account              Required. This is the account
                     identified by the GL code. The account
                     must have been defined already in the
                     General Ledger system.

AGC-SUB-ACCT         Numeric 4                                   AC04.1
Subaccount           This is the subaccount identified by
                     the GL code. The subaccount must have
                     been defined already in the General
                     Ledger system.

AGC-ACTIVE-FLAG      Alpha 1                                     AC04.1
Active Flag          This flag indicates whether the GL code
                     is active.
                     A = Active
                     I = Inactive
