                     be added to the item cost when
                     calculating the patient charge price.

Round Up Amt         This field contains the amount to which
                     a patient charge is rounded. If this
                     amount is 1.00, the patient charge is
                     rounded to the nearest dollar.

Minimum Price        This field contains the minimum charge
                     price for an item. If the calculated
                     patient charge price is less than the
                     minimum price, the minimum price is
                     used.
