PRPAYTOTAL FILE

                             Web Pay Totals

The Pay Total file contains a record of the total hour for a pay period as
entered by an employee using the Web Time Entry process.  The total hours on
this record are an accumulation of the hours on each PRPENDTIME record for the
pay period.

Status               This field contains the status of the       HS535
                     transaction.
                     1 = SUBMITTED
                     2 = APPROVED
                     3 = REJECTED
                     4 = HOLD

PYT-TIMECARD-TYPE    Numeric 1                                   HS04.1  HS35.1
Timecard Type        Contains the time record type.  Valid
                     values are:

                     0 = Normal.

                     1 = Exception.
