Requester            This is the person who requested this
                     requisition.

Template Id          This is an identifier for the template
                     to differentiate it from other templates
                     within the requesting location or for
                     the requester.

RQM-DESCRIPTION      Alpha 30  (Lower Case)                      RQ15.1
Description          This is the description of the
                     template.

RQM-LAST-LINE-NBR    Numeric 6                                   RQ15.1
Last Line Number     This is the number of the last line
                     item added to the template. It is used
                     to determine the number when the next
                     line is added to the template.
