Maintain Item This field indicates whether the format
Master File Flag is for maintaining Item Master data.

Maintain Item Loc This field indicates whether the format
File Flag is for maintaining Item Location data.
N = No
Y = Yes

Stocking Unit of This field contains the stock unit of
Measure measure for the item.
ITF-LOCATION Alpha 5 IC10.1 IC35.1
Location Code This field contains a valid stocking
location within the company inventory.
ITF-GL-CATEGORY Alpha 4 IC10.1 IC35.1
General Ledger This field is used to extract the
Category appropriate account numbers for any
inventory movement.
ITF-INV-TRACK-FL Alpha 1 IC10.1 IC35.1
Inventory Tracking This field determines if this item is a
Flag stocked item or a nonstock item. If the
item is a stocked item, quantities can
be tracked using Item Location records.

Number Fields This field contains the number assigned
to a field which determines the order in
which the fields appear on the form.
This field identifies the last number
used.
ITF-FORMAT-TYPE Alpha 1 IC10.1 IC35.1
Format Type This field indicates whether the format
is a maintenance format or only an
inquiry format. An inquiry format can be
used only by IC35.1 (Inquiry Formats)
and IC36.1 (User Defined Item Inquiry).

M = Maintenance
