data mart outline. This user-defined
name can contain up to 50 alphanumeric
characters. For example, you might name

Org Prefix The Organization Prefix field contains
a unique prefix name that differentiates
the members in the Organization
dimension with similar members in other
dimensions. This prefix can contain up
to five characters of any kind.
ORG-ORG-ALIAS-OPT Alpha 1 IFOS.1
Organization Alias The Organization Alias Option field
Option Name contains the value that represents the
alias name for the members of this
dimension.
Valid values are:
1 = Company, accounting unit, and
description of accounting unit; Default
value.
2 = Company and accounting unit
3 = Description of accounting unit.

Company The company number represents an
established company and is entered on
all function codes.
ORG-ACCT-UNIT Alpha 15 IFOS.1
Accounting Unit The accounting unit is a shorthand
notation representing the variable level
number. When used in the General Ledger
Account Master file, the accounting unit
must be defined in the General Ledger
Names file as a posting accounting unit.
ORG-COMPANY-GROUP Alpha 12 IFOS.1
Company Group You can type or select a company group.
A company group represents one or more
companies.
If you select a company group, leave
the Company field blank.
