OEINVSGBLK FILE
This file relates to user analysis values from the Billing system Invoice
file and its related files. User analysis data is added to this file as
invoice options, line options, or add-on charge additional information in the
Billing system.

Company The company number represents an
established company and is entered on
all function codes.
OSB-INVC-PREFIX Alpha 2 AR21.6
Invoice Prefix This field contains the invoice prefix
that is assigned from either the company
or process level, depending on the
invoice-level option chosen.
OSB-INVC-NUMBER Numeric 8 AR21.6
Invc Number This field contains the invoice number
assigned by the system. Invoice numbers
are assigned at the company or process
level, depending on an invoice-level
option on the company file.
OSB-LINE-NBR Numeric 6 AR21.6
Line Number This field contains the line number.
OSB-SEQ Numeric 3 AR21.6
Sequence Number This field contains the record sequence
number.
OSB-SEGMENT-BLOCK Alpha 103 AR21.6
User Analysis This field identifies the user analysis
values included in the transaction.
You can either type up to four values
or use Define (F6) to open the User
Analysis Entry subform. Use this subform
to select the user analysis values you
want to include in the transaction. If
you choose to type values, use commas to
separate them. For example:
value1,value2,value3,value4
There are three conditions that affect
how you can select user analysis values.
