Work Order Burdens
The Work Order Burdens file contains burdens associated with a work order to
designate non-inventory costs associated with producing the finished good.

Company This field contains the company number,
as defined in the Inventory Control
system.
WBN-LOCATION Alpha 5
Location Code This field contains a valid stock
location within the company inventory.
It is also the production facility
where finished goods are produced.
WBN-WORK-ORDER Numeric 8
Work Order This identifies the work order and may
be automatically assigned or manually
assigned, depending on the option
defined for each production (inventory)
location.
WBN-WORK-ORDER-SUF Numeric 2
Work Order Suf This will normally be zero for a work
order. If you chose to split a work
order so the completed part of the
finished good can be available for
allocation, the work order created for
the remaining quantity will have a
non-zero value in this field.
WBN-SEQ Numeric 3
Sequence Number This field contains the record sequence
number of the burden for this work
order.
WBN-BURDEN-CODE Alpha 4
Burden Code Burden code identifies a burden that
has cost and rate information which is
used to determine costs in addition to
inventory item costs associated with a
simple production process.
WBN-VENDOR Alpha 9 (Right Justified)
Vendor ID This field contains the identification
code of the vendor who performs all or
part of the production process offsite
for this work order.
WBN-EST-AMT Signed 13.2
Est Amt This is the estimated flat amount
burden costs of the finished good for
this work order.
WBN-EST-AMT-PER-U Signed 13.2
Est Amt Per U This is the estimated amount used in
the calculation of per finished good
burdens and per burden unit burdens when
the work order is created.
WBN-EST-QTY Signed 13.2
Est Qty This is the estimated quantity used
along with estimated amount per unit and
estimated multiplier for the calculation
of per burden unit burdens when the work
order is created.

Est Mult This is the estimated multiplier used

estimated quantity for calculation of
per burden unit burdens when the work
