You use dunning text numbers to default dunning text on past due notices. Past
due notices contain dunning text and past due open items.

AR18.2 - Dunning Levels
**Form Purpose
Use Dunning Levels (AR18.2) to define dunning levels for a process code. You
can define up to 99 dunning levels.
A dunning level is a number assigned to a set of dunning actions triggered by
a time line within a process code.

AR18.3 - Dunning Processing Code Maintenance
**Form Purpose
Use Dunning Processing Code Maintenance (AR18.3) to define and maintain
dunning process codes.
The process code represents a unique range of actions you can take if a
customer defaults on their obligations.You can define a different process code
for each customer or you can define the same process code for several
customers.
