AR204 - Cycle Listing

**Form Purpose
Run Cycle Listing (AR204) to print a list of the cycle codes for an
individual or all companies.

The listing includes information defined for each cycle code in AR04.1 (Cycle
Codes). The report sorts by company and by cycle code within each company and
page breaks between companies.
