BN04.1 - Frequency Table
**Form Purpose
Use Frequency Table (BN04.1) to define a table the application uses to create
employee deductions, company deductions and, for flex plans, standard time
records.
For each pay frequency, you define how the application divides annual
contributions to determine the appropriate next amount for deductions and
standard time records, and during which payroll deduction cycles the deduction
is taken.
You assign a frequency table to a plan when you define that plan. You can
assign the same frequency table for every plan, or, if either the divisor or
the deduction cycles are different by plan, you can assign a different
frequency table to each plan. If you use flex plans, define one frequency
table for all benefit plans under the flex plan so that all deductions are
calculated and taken during the same payroll cycles.
