PA349 - Employee and Applicant Test Purge
**Form Purpose
Run Employee and Applicant Test Purge (PA349) to purge employee and applicant
test records and any associated attachments (comments).
You can specify a number of selection options.
Note Test records need to meet all the criteria you select in order to be
purged.
You can create a comma-separated value (csv) file that contains purged
records. Attachments, however, are not included in this file. You can use
PA549 (Employee,App Test Conversion) to restore the records from the csv file.
Warning This program permanently deletes data. Before you run this program,
back up your data according to your organization's procedures. Before you
submit the report, carefully review the parameters.
