**Form Purpose
Run Review History Report (PA350) to print a report of employee review
information from PA26.1 (Review) in a date range.
The list shows for each employee: review date, type of review, review rating,
and next review date.

DEPTCODE - The Department file is used to print department descriptions.
EMPLOYEE - The Employee file is used to print employee data.
EMSTATUS - The Employee/Applicant Status file is used to verify employees
statuses.
HRSECLEV - The Employee Security Level file is accessed by this report.
HRSUPER - The Supervisors file is accessed by this report.
PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is used to print comment text.
PAEMPLOYEE - The Employee Personnel Information file is used to print next
review date.
PCODES - The Human Resource Code file is used to print HR code
descriptions.
PERSGROUP - The Employee Group Header file is used to verify employees
groups.
PGEMPLOYEE - The Employee Group Employees file is used to find employees
included in an employee group.
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company.
REVIEW - The Employee Performance Reviews file is the primary file
printed on this report. Used to print actual review data.
