PA40.1 - Applicant Medical
**Form Purpose
Use Applicant Medical (PA40.1) to define applicant medical information.
When you employ an applicant by using Hire an Applicant (PA52.4), the
information from this screen updates Medical (PA15.1) and Work Restriction
(PA15.2); you do not have to re-type information.
Updated Files
APPLICANT - The Applicant file is the main file is maintained by this
program.
CKPOINT - The Check Point file is the environment file used for recovery.
PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is maintained by this program.
Deletes applicant comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE = MD.

PCODES - The Human Resource Code file is used to verify work
restriction code.
