PA41.1 - Interviews
**Form Purpose
Use Interviews (PA41.1) to maintain interview records for employees and
applicants. Interviews for both internal and external applicants can be
maintained.
Test results from tests administered as part of an interview process may be
entered here. Test and Rating values can be used for reporting using Interview
Listing (PA241).
**Processing Effect
You can update the Requisition and Applicant Status as part of the interview
by pressing Select from the Requisition or Status fields. Changes to an
applicant's status in the Interview form will appear in the Requisition log.
Use the Drill Around feature on the Requisition field to view the Requisition
Log, which provides a history of all status changes for the applicant.
Updated Files
APPLICANT - The Applicant file updates last interview sequence number.
CKPOINT - The Check Point file is the environment file used for recovery.
INTERVIEW - The Applicant Interview file is the main file is maintained by
this program.
PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is maintained by this program on a
delete function. Deletes comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE = IV.
PAEMPLOYEE - The Employee Personnel Information file updates last interview
sequence number.
PAJOBREQ - The Job Requisition file is accessed by this program.
PAREQLOG - The Job Requisition Logfile is accessed by this program.

EMPLOYEE - The Employee file is used to verify employees and interviewed
by number and name.
EMSTATUS - The Employee/Applicant Status file is used to verify
applicants and employees.
HRSECLEV - The Employee Security Level file is accessed by this program.
JOBCODE - The Job Code Parameters file is used to verify job codes.
PAPOSITION - The Personnel Position Parameter file is used to verify
positions.
PAREQAPP - The Job Requisition Application file is accessed by this
program.
PCODES - The Human Resource Code file is used to verify interview
rating.
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company.
