PA62.1 - Employee Qualification Search
**Form Purpose
Use Employee Qualification Search (PA62.1) to view employees who are
qualified or authorized for a job or position.
Note An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process to
meet the education requirement of a job.
**Processing Effect
Employees display as qualified if they have the required education,
competencies, and certifications defined for the job or position in PA08.1
(Qualifying Criteria). You can authorize employees who do not meet the
essential requirements of a job or position by using PA23.1 (Employee
Qualification Override).
