PR139 - Arrears Automation
**Form Purpose
Run Arrears Automation (PR139) to put eligible deductions into arrears for
employees who do not have time records in current, processed, or error status.
A deduction is eligible for arrears if you select All or None, Create Arrears
or Net to Zero, Create Arrears in the Arrears field of PR05.1 (Deduction).
You can use PR139 to define the employees for whom you want the Payroll
system to create arrears. For example, if you select process level 1, the
Payroll system looks in only process level 1 for employees who do not have
current, processed, or error status time records.
You can also select pay codes or a pay class for employees who DO have
current time records, but who will not receive any net pay (receives only
non-cash pay). Before the Payroll system places any deductions into arrears,
the system changes the current time records it finds in the pay codes or pay
class you select from current to future status.
For example, if an employee only has time records for the use of a company
car but still has health insurance deductions, you can select Company Car in
the Pay Code field of the More tab. The system automatically puts this
employee's eligible health insurance deduction into arrears.
