TA50.1 - Canadian Employee Vacation Plan
**Form Purpose
Use Canadian Employee Vacation Plan (TA50.1) to enroll employees and view
balances.
You can use this form to change plan entry and eligibility dates and to
adjust employee percentage and entitlement hours for exceptions; for example,
when an employee is given a percentage above the normal plan requirement.
Note Use Canadian Vacation Adjustments (TA42.1) to make balance adjustments.
**Processing Effect
If you use this form to enroll an employee, you do not need to run Canadian
Employee Enrollment (TA145) for those employees.
If the Eligibility Date on this form is changed to a date prior to the Plan
Enrollment date on Canadian Vacation Plan Master (TA40.1), accruals start as
of the TA40.1 Plan Enrollment Date.
When entered, the percentage and entitlement hours on this form will be used
instead of the percent or hours for that employee on Canadian Vacation Hours
Schedule (TA40.2) or Canadian Vacation Date Schedule (TA40.3).
