TM70.1 - Employee Attendance History
**Form Purpose
Use Employee Attendance History (TM70.1) to enter and maintain
employee-specific attendance history.
**More Information
You can enter existing attendance history that occurred before using the Time
and Attendance system.
You can also enter attendance information through time record entry programs
in the Lawson Payroll system. If you use attendance codes when entering time
records in the Payroll system, running PR199 (Payroll Close) updates
attendance history in the Time and Attendance system.
If you void a payment in the Payroll system, the system does not
automatically back out the attendance history associated with that payment.
Use TM70.1 to delete the appropriate attendance history, or to create negative
attendance history as an offset.
Manual payments created in PR80.1 (Manual Payment) and payroll adjustments
created in PR82.1 (Adjustment) do not automatically update attendance history.
If you make these types of entries and they affect attendance history, use
TM70.1 (Attendance History) to make the adjustment. For example, if you create
a manual payment for an employee for vacation, and you are tracking vacation,
you need to enter the vacation in TM70.1 to update attendance history.
