TR13.1 - Required Training by Track and Course
**Form Purpose
Use Required Training by Track and Course (TR13.1) to assign mandatory tracks
or courses or both to employees.
**More Information
You can use TR15.1 (Employee Training) to view the employee's progress in
completing required tracks or courses. The system, however, does not have any
forms or fields that require completion of the training.
Updated Files
PAEMPTRACK - The Required Training file stores the courses and tracks an
employee is required to take. The Required Training File is the
primary file maintained by the program.
Referenced Files
EMPLOYEE - The Employee file is accessed to verify employees and to
retrieve employee information.
HRSECLEV - The Employee Security Level file is accessed by this program.
PACOURSE - The Courses file is accessed to verify courses and to retrieve
course information.
PATRACK - The Track file is accessed to verify tracks and to retrieve
track definition information.
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company.
