AR136 - Finance Charge Initiation
**Form Purpose
Run Finance Charge Initiation (AR136) to begin assessing finance and late
payment charges. Run AR136 only if the system was originally set up not top
assess finance charges or late payments charges, but you find that they are
needed at a later date. AR136 allows you to select the date that charges will
begin.
Important AR136 should only be run once in update mode.
