IC223 - Availability Report
**Form Purpose
Run Availability Report (IC223) to print a report of item availability by
location. Available quantities are based on the available calculation defined
for the company in IC01.1 (Company).
You can run this report as part of the buying and/or order entry process. Use
the report to evaluate all the quantities that make up an item's available
quantity. Examples include stock-on-hand, customer order, picked, on-order,
and intransit quantities. You can print this report to include items with zero
stock-on-hand totals and include items set up as inactive in the Item Master
file (IC11.1).
You choose the items printed on this report by location, report group, and/or
inventory class. By default this report prints in item number sequence by
location. You can choose to print this report in item number sequence by
company with multiple location quantity totals.
