PA10.1 - Length of Service
**Form Purpose
Use Length of Service (PA10.1) to view view length of service information
based on employee date fields in Employee (HR11.1). Initially, the form uses
the current date as the through date. However, you can enter a different
Through Date and perform recalculations.
Length of service information based on a position and/or job code will also
display. Initially, the form uses the current position code and job code
assigned in Employee (HR11.1). You can also select a position or job code and
recalculate to view the length of service for alternate jobs and/or positions.
The length of service time displays in two ways, in total years and months
and also in total number of days. Service date displays for the job and
position code identifying the date that reflects the total service time in
that job or position. This date will account for any gaps in service that may
have occurred.
