TA42.1 - Canada Vacation Adjustments
Use Canadian Vacation Adjustments (TA42.1) to enter adjustments for dollars
and/or hours accrued for Canadian vacation plans. You can use this form manual
adjustments and/or to enter time accrual history and beginning balances. It is
recommended that manual transactions be processed outside of the normal
payroll/time accrual cycle so the balances are correct for the next
payroll/time accrual processing.
If you are entering an adjustment for a plan that that accrues both hours and
dollars then both fields must be adjusted in order to adjust both hours and
dollars.
In order for adjustments to be processed they must be dated after the last
run date for that particular employee. This date is viewable on TA50.
Likewise all transactions entered on this screen should have transaction dates
after the Plan Entry Date for the Plan on TA40.1.
Important: If you make any changes on this form after you run TA146, but
before you run TA198 is run, you must rerun TA146 in order to pick up those
changes. You will receive an edit message if this situation occurs.
