ADB Account Master
The AD Master file contains the company, accounting unit, account, and
subaccount that ADB records would be run for. When an account is flagged as
ADB it is added to this file. AD190 and AD191 will reference this file for
the accounts to run their calculations on.

Element: Accounting UniThe accounting unit is a shorthand GL20.2
notation representing the variable level
number. When used in the General Ledger
Master file, the accounting unit must
be defined in the General Ledger Names
file as a posting accounting unit.

Element: Account This field along with the accounting GL20.2
unit and subaccount make up the location
(account) where amounts and other
account information is stored.

Element: Subaccount This field along with the accounting GL20.2
unit and subaccount make up the location
(account) where amounts and other
account information is stored.
ADM-CHART-NAME Alpha 12 GL121 GL122
Element: Chart Name This is the name you assigned to the GL20.2
chart of accounts when you defined your
company structure in the General Ledger
system.
ADM-PER-DAYS Numeric 2
Element: Per Days The number of days in the period
established in AD20 for each account.
This is used in the calculation of the
cost of funds.
ADM-YEAR-DAYS Numeric 3
Element: Year Days The number of days in the year
established in AD20 for each account.
This is used in the calculation of cost
of funds.
ADM-INT-ACCT-UNIT Alpha 15
Element: Accounting UniThe Interest Accounting Unit
established in AD20 for an average daily
balance account.
ADM-INT-ACCOUNT Numeric 6
Element: Account The Interest Account established in
AD20 for an avereage daily balance
account.
ADM-INT-SUB-ACCT Numeric 4
Element: Subaccount The Interest Sub-account established in
AD20 for an average daily balance
account.
ADM-INT-RATIO Alpha 10
Element: Int Ratio The Interest Total Name established in
AD20 for an average daily balance
account.
