Work Order Schedule Header
The Work Order Schedule Header file is used to hold scheduling information
during the Work Order production scheduling process. It will contain one
record for each finished good item that is in the process of being scheduled.

system.

Element: Location Code This field contains a valid stock
location within the company inventory.
It is also the production facility
where finished goods are produced.
WOH-ITEM Alpha 32 WO20.1
Element: Item Number This field contains the item identifier
for the finished good to be scheduled
for production. The item number is
defined in the Inventory Control system.
WOH-OBJ-ID-HDR Numeric 12 WO20.1
Object The header object ID is used to

Object The detail object ID field in this file
Identification is used to hold a value to relate work
order schedule records to work order
schedule detail records.

Element: Doc Dmnd View Document demand view indicates if
document demand records are to be viewed
in summary or detail during the work
order scheduling process.
D = Detail
S = Summary
WOH-DATE-USED Alpha 1 WO20.1
Element: Date Used This is the date used for the work
order scheduling process. The date
needed or production start date is used
to determine what scheduling period
includes specific demand.
N = Date Needed
P = Production Start Date
WOH-PREV-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) WO20.1
Element: When This is the end date of demand to
include in the previous period.
WOH-PER-1-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) WO20.1
Element: Date This is the end date of demand to
include in period 1.
WOH-PER-2-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) WO20.1
Element: Date This is the end date of demand to
include in period 2.
WOH-PER-3-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) WO20.1
Element: Date This is the end date of demand to
include in period 3.
WOH-FUTURE-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) WO20.1
Element: Date This is the end date of demand to
include in the future period.
WOH-CALENDAR Alpha 15
Element: Calendar This field contains the name of the
calendar to check when determining the
production start date if it is the date
used. The calendar is also used to
check for contiguous days if the
finished good requires contiguous days
for production.
WOH-WORK-ORDER Numeric 8 WO20.1
Element: Work Order This identifies the work order number
that will be assigned to the first work
order created from a selection or
release process of production
scheduling. This field is required if
work order numbers are manually assigned
for the production facility. No value
may be entered in this field if work
order numbers are automatically assigned
for the production facility.
WOH-STATUS Numeric 1 WO20.1
Element: Status The four statuses of work orders
created from the production scheduling
process are as follows.
1 = Unreleased
2 = Released
3 = Exploded
4 = In Production
WOH-START-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) WO20.1
Element: Start Date This is the production start date to
default to the first work order created
from the selection or release process of
production scheduling.
WOH-END-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) WO20.1
Element: Ending Date This is the production end date to
default to the first work order created
from the selection or release process of
production scheduling.
WOH-CAPACITY Numeric 8 WO20.1
Element: Capacity This is the maximum quantity of a
finished good that may be scheduled to a
single work order. If no value is
typed, no capacity checking occurs when
the schedule is being released.
WOH-FIRM-FL Alpha 1 WO20.1
Element: Firm Fl This indicates if the finished good
gets allocated to the originating source
document demand when one work order is
being created from one order or
requisition using the production
scheduling process.
WOH-USER-ID Alpha 10 (Lower Case) WO20.1
Element: User This contains the user ID of the person
who is doing the production scheduling
process.
WOH-CREATE-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) WO20.1
Element: Creation Date This is the date that the production
scheduling process was started.
WOH-UPDATE-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) WO20.1
Element: Update Date This is the date of the last activity
done for the production scheduling
process on a finished good.
WOH-UPDATE-TIME Numeric 6 WO20.1
Element: Update Time This is the time of the last activity
done for the production scheduling
process.
